Tutorials
Reaper Productions have complied a set of tutorials to help you through common tasks which you are likely to encounter with your hosting plan. If you have any suggestions for tutorials, please contact us and we will try to provide a tutorial which may benefit other clients.
Support Tickets
All clients can gain support through the client area support tickets. This is the fastest and most reliable way to contact our team for support, you can send your request to the required department (eg. support) directly from your client area. This enables our team to identify your services and provide support quickly. This is the recormended method to contact our support team, as it is direct, unlike email which can become lost or blocked by filters. (Please note that you are required to login to access the support section within the support tickets.)
Billing System
Enquiries with reference to Billing & Invoices should be raised through the support tickets available within your client area. This enables the team to quickly indentify your services and billing account to resolve any issues and provide any relevant information you requested. We currently use PayPal to process our payments. (Please note that you are required to login to access the billing section within the support tickets.)
Sales and General Enquries
All sales and general enquries can also be made through the support tickets within the client area. You are not required to login/register to send a sales / web design / general enquiry.
