99% Uptime

Reaper Productions are pleased to be able to provide all our customers, with secure reliable hosting. Our servers are online 99% of the time. We do not garanutee 100% of the time, because from time to time we need to reset the server for maintenance and updates. During 2010, our server had a reported uptime of 100% as monitored by an external company.

Daily Backup

Our server is automatically backed up several times per day, so in the unfortunate event of a fire or other incident, your content and settings can be quickly restored back to normal. (We do however also recormend you keep your own regular backups).

At Reaper Productions, we dont believe in charging unnessecary fees and penalties. We aim to provide the most affordable services we can, thus we dont charge a setup fee, theres no hidden fees and the price you see is the price you pay.

Theres no contracts, so if you wish to cancel your service, contact our support team and we will process the cancellation for you. Providing your account is paid up to date, we do not charge cancellation fees.

Some hosting providers oversell their resources in the hope that most customers will only use a fraction of what they pay for. Reaper Productions does not oversell, in fact we built our infrastructure with room to grow and so we have a huge excess capacity.
