Who Are We?
Reaper Productions was established in 2003, offering low cost web design services to clients from around the UK. We started working with local clients across the Yorkshire region, offering a range of services from web design to month to month website management. Our clients spread on a word of mouth basis and we begun to work with clients from further across the UK. In 2010, Reaper Productions decided to purchase there own web hosting server, allowing us to provide a complete range of services in house. We can now offer a complete package from consulation, design and building the website, hosting your website and management / maintenance of your website for the future. We now operate from the North East of England, but have clients from across the UK benefitting from our services and knowledge.

Server Infrastructure
Our servers are housed within a newly built facility based in Kent. Operating a fully BGP compliant network utilising a 'best path' routing policy.
All servers are guaranteed a redundant high-capacity, stable and reliable power supply. Power is isolated between racks and maintained indefinite. The datacentres use high specification UPS units to maintain power to the entire building should the main grid fail. High specification generators can deal with both customer and plant load whilst recharging the UPS.
All data floors are maintained at a constant 21°C ± 2°C and relative humidity is kept at 50% ± 10% to ensure optimum performance. Both are continually monitored with the electronic building management system with also monitors and operates other sensors such as electrical, mechanical, fire detection and leak detection systems.
Kent Science Park makes use of Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA). These sensitive smoke detectors are linked to the building management system which is monitored continually from an operations center and provide very early warnings to help avoid fire and business disruption. This is coupled with an FM200 gas based fire retardant that is environmentally friendly, to put out fires instantly, without damaging equipment.
